There are currently 3 ways to donate to the Baileys Friends fund:
1) Donations are accepted at any Mountain America Credit Union. Please indicate that you would like the money deposited into the Bailey Grace Blake Memorial Fund. (If you live outside of Utah you can go to any local Credit Union and give them the information above and they can transfer the money to the Mountain America Credit Union account.)
2) Checks can be made to Jennifer Blake or the Bailey Grace Blake Memorial Fund and mailed to:

3) Donations can be accepted via paypal by using the email address: baileysfriendsfund@hotmail.com
Please make sure you indicate your name and address with all donations so that we can send you a Thank You and receipt for your donation.
